ABOUT BANTAM

Colts Bantam football is the inaugural club of the South Calgary Colts Football Association, with their first season being played in 1972. The Bantam club is a full contact club that develops the fundamental skills of tackle football in a competitive and fun environment.

Registration will reopen in mid-summer.

The SCCFA is currently looking for a new Bantam Head Coach to lead and develop our athletes at the bantam level. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who values player development, teamwork, and a positive football culture while supporting the growth of young athletes both on and off the field.

Eligibility

Boys and girls born in 2012, 2011, or 2010 are eligible for our Bantam club. Players must not turn 16 years old or be entering Grade 10 before December 31, 2026.

Equipment

The Colts Bantam football club, along with the Calgary Bantam Football Association, provides all required equipment for the season. Players must supply their own cleats.
