About Us
Welcome to the South Calgary Colts Football Association, where football is more than a game and development goes beyond the field. Our programs help young athletes build discipline, confidence, teamwork, and leadership through a positive and supportive tackle football experience. Serving players aged 8 to 17 in southeast Calgary, the Colts focus on character, commitment, and fun while keeping school, family, and personal growth as top priorities.
Colts Clubs
ATOM
Colts Atom football provides an introductory experience for players aged 8–10. This program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of full-contact football in a safe, supportive environment that emphasizes fun, teamwork, and basic skill development.
PEEWEE
Colts Peewee football welcomes both new and experienced players to the gridiron. The program focuses on refining technical football skills and increasing game knowledge while introducing a healthy, competitive spirit to prepare athletes for higher levels of play.
BANTAM
As our association’s inaugural club founded in 1972, Colts Bantam football has a long-standing tradition of excellence. This full-contact program develops advanced tackle techniques and fundamental strategies within a highly competitive yet enjoyable team environment.
SPRING
Colts Spring football is a high-intensity, full-contact program designed for serious athletes. The curriculum focuses on elite skill refinement and tactical execution, specifically preparing players for success in high school programs and their future football careers.
U16 FEMALE
Fresh off a City Championship in their 2024 inaugural season, our U19 Female program offers an empowering environment for young women. The team focuses on high-level competition, athletic growth, and building a championship culture on and off the field.

Fundraising
The South Calgary Colts Football Association completes regular fundraising activities each year to help cover the costs of running our four clubs. Youth football is one of the least expensive sports in Calgary, and the South Calgary Colts does everything possible each year to keep our registration fees low as possible.
