In 2024, we launched our first-ever female football team with a U19 group that won the championship last year! Now, in 2026, we’re excited to introduce our U16 Girls team!
The Colts U16 Female Football Team continues our mission of introducing young women to full-contact football while developing fundamental skills in a competitive, fun, and supportive environment.

The Colts U16 Female Team is ready for an exciting 2026 season! As we continue to grow female football in Calgary, we’re proud to provide young athletes with the opportunity to develop their skills in a competitive and supportive environment.
2026 Season Competition
For the 2026 season, the Colts U16 Female Team will compete against teams from across the province, providing players with valuable game experience and opportunities to grow in the sport
Who Can Join U16?
Junior Team (U16): Athletes in Grades 7-9, birth years 2010, 2011, 2012.
Equipment
The Colts provide all necessary equipment except for mouthguards and cleats.
